Yes. We clean everything from three-person suites to full corporate floors. Scope and crew size are set during the free walkthrough, based on your headcount and layout.
What time does the crew arrive?
After hours. Standard starts are 5pm or later so the crew never crosses your workday. We run split shifts for buildings with staff who stay late.
Do you handle the kitchen and restrooms every visit?
Yes. Both are in the nightly scope. Restrooms are restocked, wiped, and disinfected, and the kitchen counters, sink, and appliance exteriors are cleaned each visit.
Are you fully insured and bonded?
Yes. Fully insured and fully bonded. We name the building owner or property management on the certificate of insurance when you ask.
Is there a contract minimum?
We write a custom scope after a free site inspection. There is no published minimum, and the walkthrough produces a written estimate with no obligation.
