walkthrough
The owner or a senior estimator walks your office with you, measures the floor plate, counts restrooms and kitchens, and asks what your previous vendor missed.
Service
Above N' Beyond Office Cleaning runs nightly and recurring office cleaning contracts across Long Island and the New York metro area.
Office cleaning, as we run it, is the recurring janitorial work that keeps a professional space presentable for daily occupants and visitors. Every contract is built from the same scope inventory, then trimmed or expanded to match the building:
What is included
Workspace surfaces
Desks (where uncluttered), conference-room tables, reception counters, copier and printer surfaces.
Floor care
Vacuuming all carpeted areas and walk-off mats. Sweep-and-mop for tile, vinyl, and hard floors. Spot extraction on stains caught early.
Restrooms
Disinfect fixtures, mirrors, partitions, and high-touch surfaces. Restock paper, soap, and liner inventory. Mop and disinfect floors.
Kitchens and break rooms
Counters, sinks, appliance exteriors, table tops, floor, and trash out.
Trash and recycling
Office-bin pulls, central-bin pulls, dumpster or compactor delivery. Recycling separation per building protocol.
High-touch disinfecting
Door handles, light switches, elevator buttons, shared keyboards (on request), conference-room remotes, wiped with EPA-approved disinfectant on every visit.
Glass and entryway
Lobby glass, suite door glass, interior partition glass on the visible-from-reception side.
Periodic add-ons
Carpet extraction, floor strip-and-wax, window cleaning, post-construction touchups. Quoted separately and scheduled on the cadence the building actually needs.
Our process
The owner or a senior estimator walks your office with you, measures the floor plate, counts restrooms and kitchens, and asks what your previous vendor missed.
We send a written scope (what's in, what's out, frequency, after-hours start time) and a contract-pricing quote: monthly flat rate, not hourly billing.
Before the first regular service, the assigned crew leader walks the space again to learn alarm codes, key access, after-hours building protocols, vendor-portal sign-in, and any specific tenant requests.
Nightly, three-times-weekly, or weekly depending on contract. After-hours starts at 5pm, 6pm, 8pm, or 11pm to fit your building's lockup time.
Mike or an account lead checks in quarterly to confirm the contract still fits (square footage changed, tenant moved out, new conference room) and adjusts the scope.
Why Long Island Offices Stay
We are owner-managed and owner-accountable. The founder's cell phone and email are real and they get answered. The crews are background-checked, trained, fully insured, and fully bonded.
We've been cleaning offices in Nassau and Suffolk since 1999: 25+ years under one owner. We don't use chatbots. We don't use a ticketing system.
If you call at 4:30 on a Friday because the building manager just walked through and flagged a stain, you'll talk to a person who can make a decision and dispatch a crew.
What clients say
The feedback we hear is that the building "just gets clean and stays clean" and owners stop having to manage the cleaner.
That is what a 25-year recurring contract relationship feels like, and that is the standard we hold every new office to from the first onboarding visit.

No premier-this or world-class-that. Just an office that gets cleaned the same way every visit.
