Walkthrough and scope
Mike or a senior estimator visits the building and writes the scope.
Service area
East Hills is a small north-shore Nassau village (incorporated 1931, tucked between Roslyn Heights, Greenvale, and Old Westbury) whose commercial activity sits in a small selection of professional offices serving the village along Glen Cove Road and the Northern State Parkway service road frontage. The East Hills Park & Pool complex is the village's residential center; Christopher Morley Park just south on Searingtown Road is the broader area's recreation anchor.
A written, fixed-scope program performed on a fixed schedule, typically weekly or bi-weekly for the smaller floor plates in East Hills, covering reception, workstations, conference space, restrooms, kitchen and break-room areas, common-area floors, and trash and recycling.
Above N' Beyond runs that program for East Hills offices as part of our broader north-shore route, paired in a single evening loop with Roslyn, Greenvale, and Albertson on Glen Cove Road.
Because East Hills is primarily residential, the commercial footprint reads as a small selection of professional offices serving the village rather than a dense business district. Industries we're positioned to quote on in East Hills: private wealth-management and family-office advisory firms serving the high-income residential base, estate-planning and trust legal practices, concierge medical and small dental practices, and small accounting and financial-planning suites tied to the surrounding north-shore wealth corridor. Building types are mostly converted-residential or low-rise commercial (no high-rise office stock; the village zoning won't allow it).
We're positioned to service that footprint as part of the same north-shore route that runs through Roslyn, Greenvale, Albertson, and Searingtown. Specific anchor buildings and tenants can be discussed at the walkthrough.

Our process
Mike or a senior estimator visits the building and writes the scope.
Scope, schedule, frequency, arrival window, and fixed-fee monthly invoice are written into the agreement.
Building access protocols, key control, alarm codes, after-hours arrival, are documented and the crew leader carries them. Smaller village buildings typically use simple key-and-alarm rather than vendor-portal sign-in.
Assigned crew leader runs the first visit with Mike on site or by cell.
Weekly or bi-weekly visits run per the documented scope.
Adjust frequency, add scope, or layer in seasonal carpet or floor work.
Service level
after-hours start; common windows are 5pm or post-close
same crew leader long-term
fully insured, fully bonded; COI to building manager
every assigned technician

addressed at next scheduled visit at no change-order
Recent jobsites
A representative East Hills-area jobsite (drawn from the broader Roslyn-East Hills-Greenvale loop): a 1,900 sq ft estate-planning legal practice in a 1940s converted-residential building on Glen Cove Road, two partners and two paralegals, weekly cleaning every Wednesday from 6pm to 8pm. Partner's pain point was the prior vendor over-saturating the oak conference table with a wet wipe-down and leaving water spots before Thursday morning client meetings. Switched to microfiber dust-and-condition on the oak; HEPA backpack on low-noise mode for the late-evening shift to keep the residential neighbors quiet. Eight months in, no water spots, no neighbor complaints.
Because the village is small and residential-dominant, recent jobsites in the immediate village area are limited; we're happy to discuss specific buildings during the walkthrough.
(Anchor-client names are released only with written tenant permission per our standard practice.)
