What commercial carpet cleaning is

Commercial carpet cleaning is the periodic deep extraction of dirt, oils, and traffic-lane staining that recurring vacuuming cannot remove.

It is what keeps an office carpet usable between full replacement cycles, which on Long Island commercial carpet typically run every 7 to 10 years.

We perform two cleaning methods depending on carpet construction and your schedule:

Most of our recurring office accounts use the low-moisture method on a quarterly rotation, with one HWE pass per year on traffic lanes.

Our process

Our carpet cleaning process

  1. 01

    Walkthrough and scope

    Mike or a senior technician walks the space, notes fiber type, identifies traffic lanes, and documents pre-existing stains. We give you a written scope, not a flat-rate guess.

  2. 02

    Furniture plan

    We tape and tab furniture corners that we'll move, and we mark zones we will not enter (server rooms, locked offices, etc.). Your IT and facilities team approves the plan before we start.

  3. 03

    Extraction pass

    Crews work in zones to keep the space functional. We extract one corridor at a time so foot traffic, yours or ours, stays off wet carpet.

  4. 04

    Dry and inspect

    For low-moisture work, dry time is 1 to 3 hours. For HWE, dry time is 4 to 8 hours with air movers. We do a final walkthrough before we leave the keys back.

How often should commercial carpet be professionally cleaned?
Quarterly for traffic lanes in active offices. Annually for low-traffic zones. Banks and medical practices with consistent foot traffic usually pick a quarterly rotation with one full extraction per year.
Can you clean carpet during business hours?
Yes, for low-moisture encapsulation in unoccupied zones. For HWE, after-hours (5pm or 11pm starts) is recommended so dry time doesn't interrupt operations.
Do you guarantee old stains will come out?
No. We are plainspoken about that. Coffee, ink, and oil-based stains older than 90 days may not fully release. We show you what came out, what didn't, and why.
What carpet types do you clean?
Loop pile, cut pile, Berber, glue-down commercial carpet tile (CPT), and broadloom. We confirm fiber and backing before we choose a method.
