Services Window Cleaning

Smudged glass kills a storefront. It dulls a professional waiting room. It makes a building lobby look unmanaged from across the parking lot.

What our window cleaning covers

Commercial window cleaning is a recurring or one-time service that washes interior and exterior glass (storefront windows, entry doors, partition glass, vestibules, and ground-floor windows) using deionized water, squeegee technique, and lint-free finish wipes, followed by frame and sill detailing.

We do not perform high-rise rope or boom work. Our scope is ground-floor and accessible interior glass.

That is the practical scope. Most of our window work is bundled into an office, retail, or medical recurring contract, with windows on a monthly or quarterly frequency. Standalone window contracts also run as a separate scheduled program.

The crew shows up after-hours when the office or storefront is closed, so the work does not disrupt customers. Glass is dry before the next morning.

Our process

How the service runs

  1. 01

    Walkthrough and scope

Mike or a senior estimator visits the property, counts panes and frontage, and writes the scope.

  2. 02

    Schedule lock-in

The contract sets the visit frequency (monthly, quarterly, or one-time) and the arrival window, typically after-hours or before-open.

  3. 03

    Visit execution

The crew leader checks in, runs the documented scope, and verifies streak-free finish on every visible pane before leaving the site.

  4. 04

    Punch-list

If something needs another pass, the office manager texts Mike and the crew is back at the next scheduled visit, no change-order.

  5. 05

    Quarterly review

Recurring contracts get a quarterly review call so we can adjust frequency, add panes, or layer in seasonal scope.

Why Long Island Offices Stay

Why offices and storefronts choose Above N' Beyond for windows

We are owner-managed and owner-accountable. Mike answers his cell and the crew rotation is consistent: the same technicians return to the same building.

We are fully insured and fully bonded, and the COI sits in your property manager's vendor file. Since 1999 we have run recurring programs on Long Island where the windows are one line item on a larger nightly or weekly contract.

We are also small enough to care. There is no ticketing system. If the storefront opens at 7am and the sun catches a streak you missed, you call Mike and we fix it that night. That is the entire customer-service model.

Real people. Real service. Real peace of mind.

Common questions

FAQ

Do you do high-rise window cleaning?
No. Our scope is ground-floor and accessible interior glass. We do not run rope or boom crews for high-rise exteriors. We will refer you to a specialist for that work and continue handling your interior glass and lobby panes.
Can you bundle windows into our nightly office cleaning contract?
Yes. Most of our window work sits inside a recurring office contract as a monthly or quarterly add-on. The schedule is written into the contract and the invoice is one line.
How long does a typical recurring visit take?
For a single ground-floor storefront with frontage and entry doors, a typical visit is one to two hours. Larger professional offices with partition glass run longer. The walkthrough tells us exactly.
Do you bring your own water and equipment?
Yes. The crew carries deionized water, squeegees, scrubbers, microfiber, and a wet-vacuum if needed. We do not use building water supply unless asked.
