Our process
Mike or a senior estimator visits the building, walks the scope, and documents the work.
The scope, schedule, frequency, arrival window, and fixed-fee monthly invoice are written into the agreement.
Building access protocols (key control, alarm codes, building-management sign-in, vendor-portal credentials) are documented and the crew leader carries them.
The assigned crew leader runs the first visit with Mike on site or available by cell. The same crew leader is assigned long-term.
Nightly, three-night, or weekly visits run per the documented scope. The office manager has Mike's cell.
Recurring contracts get a quarterly review call to adjust frequency, add scope, or layer in seasonal work (e.g., carpet quarterly, strip-and-wax annually).
