Walkthrough
Owner or senior estimator walks the Babylon suite, measures the floor plate, counts restrooms and kitchens.
Service area
Nightly, weekly, and bi-weekly office-cleaning contracts along Babylon Village Main Street and Deer Park Avenue. Owner-managed by Mike Penoro since 1999. Dispatched from 420 Garden Blvd in Garden City, roughly 30 minutes off-peak via Southern State Parkway with the Babylon LIRR (south-shore branch terminal) as the village geographic anchor. The village core sits between Argyle Lake and the Great South Bay, with the office spine running Main Street north from the LIRR up to Sunrise Highway.
Recurring janitorial work, nightly, three-times-weekly, or weekly, that keeps a professional space presentable for occupants and visitors. Same crew every visit. Written scope. Flat monthly billing.
In Babylon specifically: the cleaning window is short. The village shuts down around 9pm on weeknights, so most office accounts start at 6pm or 8pm to finish before the retail tenants below them lock the shared rear entry.
Main Street through the village core (between the LIRR station and Sunrise Highway) plus the Deer Park Avenue spine north of Sunrise is where most of the Babylon office work sits. The village mix is heavy on legal, dental, financial-advisory, and small-medical, with the marine and boating-supply back-offices clustered closer to the bay. Industries served in Babylon specifically: south-shore family-law and elder-law practices, independent dental practices, marine-services and boat-broker back-offices, town-government-adjacent contractors and surveyors.
Our Garden City base reaches the area in roughly 30 minutes off-peak via Southern State Parkway, exit 36.

Recent jobsites
A representative Babylon jobsite: a 4,800 sq ft single-tenant dental practice off Deer Park Avenue, two operatories plus three exam rooms, two-tech crew running 7:30pm to 10:30pm three nights a week. Building owner's pain point was the prior vendor cycling four different lead cleaners through the practice in two months and the autoclave room getting touched when it shouldn't have been. Color-coded micro-cloths (red for restrooms, blue for operatories, yellow for breakroom) and a written do-not-enter list for the autoclave and sterilization area. Six months in, the same two techs every Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday. Named anchor-client publication is held back unless tenants give express permission.
If you also need periodic carpet extraction, floor strip-and-wax, window cleaning, post-construction, or disinfecting on top of nightly office cleaning, the commercial cleaning Babylon NY (sibling umbrella) page covers the full service breadth. Both pages connect to the same crew and the same owner.
Why Long Island Offices Stay
Owner-managed. Owner-accountable. Mike picks up his own phone. Same name, same owner since 1999. Crews are trained, background-checked, fully insured, and fully bonded.
What clients say
The pattern is consistent: the office stays clean, the same crew shows up, the conference room is set right before the 8am Tuesday partner meeting because the crew finished at the contracted lockup time the night before. Babylon tenants comment most often on the village-fit (parking on the side street, quiet entry, no van staging during retail hours).
